I was invited to respond to the site of Lammas Land in Shenstone and took inspiration from the village name, the derivation of which is believed to be beautiful or shining stone.
The sculpture is sited in the Black Brook which runs through the Lammas Land. The sculpture can be viewed from a footbridge on a north – south axis.
